Cancellation policy

Once your booking is confirmed, you can cancel within 48 hours for a full refund, as long as at least 14 days remain before departure.

Otherwise, the cancellation policy is flexible.

  • Cancel more than 5 days before your trip begins: 100% of the booking total is refundable
  • Cancel 5 or fewer days before your trip begins: 75% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 25%)

The service fee, and the tax you pay on it, are not refundable. The insurance and other taxes are.
